Guiding Leaders to Make Wise Decisions in a Crisis

October 13, 2015 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

The most challenging aspect of crisis communications usually isn’t dealing with aggressive reporters. It’s convincing top management to act quickly and wisely at the start of the crisis. The PR professional’s ability to persuade management and be viewed as a strategist will become ever more important as the list of crises from damaging social media rumors, cyber attacks, spokesperson misconduct and viral outbreaks  becomes longer and more complex.

At this luncheon, you’ll learn a process to influence productive crisis decision-making. This process will enable you to break through barriers caused by stress, fear and resistance, forge consensus on crisis response strategies, and protect your organization’s reputation for the long term. You’ll build your reputation as a trusted advisor among C-suite executives.

Joan Gladstone, President and CEO, Gladstone International, Inc.
