How do you manage your projects? Sticky notes? A physical or digital calendar? Some combination of these?
As small business owners, we often think we don’t have the time or resources to implement project management. But we all have projects from working with a client to building a website, and standardizing our processes can help us be more efficient and successful. Project management is about working smart.
Join us for an interactive game and discussion with Kristine Hayes-Munson, VP of IT Risk & Compliance at State Street, and an instructor in the Project Management Certificate Program at UC Irvine’s Division of Continuing Education. Kristine will lead a dialogue of project management skills and how to apply them to your business. The presentation will conclude with a look at the free training resources available through the PMI® Educational Foundation.
